Awarded to Walt Miller a cartoonist and the secretary for the Northern California Cartoonist and Humor Association, who organized many dinner banquets with the members.  The now defunct organization had prestigious members such as Charles Schulz, Morrie Turner, Murray Olderman and many famous cartoonists. The president was Ed Mitchell.
